Support Team at SSI boasts a wealth of experience in the design, manufacture and support
of high quality interactive simulators. Upon the purchase of equipment from SSI, you will have access
to our customer support network. |

- HIGHLY-QUALIFIED CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM
SSI employs an established network of regional service managers, instructors
& technicians across the nation. If you have any problem with your equipment, our
service manager will decide on the best option to fulfill your service needs.
- ROCK-SOLID WARRANTY
Your purchase of an SSI simulator will either include an on-site or mail-in
warranty depending on equipment type and your desires. We are confident in our products and back this confidence with a rock-solid warranty.
- SERVICE CONTRACTS
After the warranty has expired, SSI offers service contracts based on your
needs and budget. These contracts can be set up as per year, per visit, or mail-in.
- DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
SSI can deliver and install your equipment quickly. Installation of the equipment can be performed by you the customer, or can be carried out
by a factory trained Service Technician depending on your desires.
- ON-SITE & WEB-BASED TRAINING
On-site and / or web-based training is available. An SSI representative will set up your
equipment and train your employees in the operation of all facets of hardware and
software.
